SotG Onboarding Hub

Spirit of the Game – Onboarding Hub
Choose your path · Get connected · Start contributing
Use this hub to move from “curious” to “contributing” without getting overwhelmed.
Start with the first tab, complete the core onboarding steps, then explore pillars,
foundation stones, and working groups at your own pace.

Recommended for everyone: watch one short intro, skim the culture notes,
then move to the “Onboarding steps” tab.

Culture · 10–15 min

Team culture: key advice

The core expectations for new contributors: plug into existing workflows first,
then shape and improve them once you understand the system.

Next step

Ready? Move to the onboarding steps

Once you’ve watched at least one intro and skimmed the culture notes, go to the
“Onboarding steps” tab and complete the checklist in order.

Follow these in order if you’re a new contributor. This is the “minimum viable onboarding”.

Foundation Stones

What keeps the ecosystem stable

Foundation Stones are the elements that give SotG long-term stability:
coaching courses, online education, summits & retreats, events, communities & chapters.

Start with the Onboarding group, then add 1–2 working-group channels and, if relevant,
your regional channel.

Working groups

Public newsletters & working-group channels

Central hub for recurring calls, online events, and (later) retreats. The retreats
calendar can plug into the same structure once finalized.

Live calls

Weekly global & onboarding calls

Most SotG global calls run in the shared Zoom room below. Combine this with the
Google Calendar link from the onboarding steps tab.

Retreats

Retreats & in-person immersions

Use this space to later link the Master Tour 2026 or any retreat-specific page
(Gamma, website, or Google Doc).

For people who like to see the whole system before deciding where to plug in:
all path docs and extra materials in one place.

Reflection

Quiz / Questionnaire

Optional quiz / reflection to check understanding and help route you to the
most relevant teams and pillars.
