What this is

IAC makes communication a first-class onboarding step. Each person discovers how they best comprehend information across multiple formats—then SotG stores a Comprehension Profile + Comms Contract.

  4. Start Max Impact self-assessment + plan.
  5. Route into CDC track + weekly execution rhythm.
