BOARD OF TRUSTEES The Board of Trustees, consisting of three to seven members, is actively engaged in the regular activities of the Foundation, closely communicating with the Management team and leveraging their networks to advance the Mission of the organization.

alternate_email Barbara Galliker Barbara Galliker is passionate about replacing the patriarchy with a meritocracy where the playing field has been leveled, and opportunities are equal for women and men.

Barbara graduated with a Master's degree in Communication Science and Marketing from the University of Swizzera Italiana and began her career working in prestigious communications agencies and Private Banks. In 2012, she became one of the youngest people ever to become Heads of Corporate Communication of any Federal Office. She is passionate about women's development in private lives and within their career.

Management alternate_email Namrata Gurung As a multipotentialite, Namrata always dreamed of a million possibilities for herself and the world around her. But she soon realized this wasn’t the case for many, there were certain societal barriers, sometimes depending only on the luck where one was born. The unfairness, discrimination, and exploitation bothered her. But to begin making a difference in the world, one has to begin from oneself. So, for over a decade now, she’s been intensively involved in volunteering in education, speaking for human rights, promoting women in science, mentoring youth volunteers and networking with like-minded change-driven force of humanity. Her life mission is to spread the same energy, hope, love, and light to ignite the fire in every individual of what is possible.

Namrata currently resides in Aargau, and is finishing her Doctoral studies in Physics from ETH, Zurich. Coach | Mentor | Field Expert

Management alternate_email Trent Simmons Trent Simmons is the founder and President of 10 Million Discs, an international NGO which uses the unique sport of Ultimate frisbee to advance a wide array of social and humanitarian causes around the world.

His background includes a wide variety of start-ups, both operating and consulting, and he has utilized that experience to help 10 Million Discs develop a diverse global network with very low overhead. His vision is to put that network to use, taking Spirit of the Game pilot programs developed and tested in Switzerland and spreading them globally.
