Have you ever wanted to try yoga or meditation in a beginner format? Or if you are a regular practitioner of both, how would you like to be able to do both at the same event? And then what if we mixed in a variety of light exercise in between?
Mind-Body-Soul (M-B-S) is a new movement started by the World Spirit of the Game Foundation (SpiritoftheGame.org) which will typically start with yoga, then light exercise, and conclude with meditation, but we’ll also have numerous variations.
We have already started Mind-Body-Soul Online meetups each Wednesday from 18:15-19:30 CET:
SpiritoftheGame.org is an international Personal Accountability non-profit with the goal of creating a global social movement based around a new definition of winning.
What if “How many people have you helped” could replace “How much money have you made” as society’s primary measurement for success?
We have 4 main goals with our new Mind-Body-Soul initiatives:
Introduce new people to Yoga/Pilates/similar and Meditation/Mindfulness/similar practices as well as let them try a variety of new types of physical exercise. The standard format for a M-B-S Meetup will be yoga-light exercise-meditation, but new variations are already being proposed such as Music-Body-Soul where each of those is accompanied by different types of music, or Movement-Body-Soul where all are conducted while moving.
Raise funds for our non-profit work as well as for local NGO partners
Help spread the word about our efforts to create a global coalition of people from all nationalities and belief systems working to live by a new definition of success, where “how many people can you help” is more important than “how much money can you make”
Create a “school” so that practitioners from different disciplines can learn from each other and bring new elements into their practice
In the beginning these Meetups are available on a donation basis. In Zurich the suggested donation ranges from 15 CHF for students/primary care-givers to 30 CHF for fully employed professionals. These donations will be split between the non-profit, the Facilitators, and our volunteers who are organizing everything.
We have started our weeknight Meetups at China Garden on Lake Zurich with Family Fridays from 1700-1900 each Friday in September and will continue into Oct if there is enough demand.

The World Spirit of the Game Foundation was formed to help individuals and organizations take Personal Accountability for maximizing their positive Impact on the world.
We are organized through 4 distinct but interlocking Pillars:
1) Developing SotG as the world’s first “crowd-sourced” life philosophy which both provides individuals with an internal framework for choosing a different definition of winning and as a Social Movement which provides the external framework that helps like minded individuals and organizations around the world maximize their positive impact on society.
2) An Impact Coaching division to help raise funds for the non-profit work, while also directly influencing the worlds of corporations, SMEs, start-ups, NGOs, Academia, and for individuals.
3) Conventiaonal NGO work which includes Youth Leadership, Women’s Empowerment, and Entrepreneurial support, among others, as well as organizing global initiatives and supporting other NGOs
4) Our Impactful Networks bring together individuals from specific segments of society so they can help each other to maximize their impact, both individually and as a collective.
Our Impactful Network of Networks highlights the “disruptors of dysfunctional systems” that consists of individuals and organizations from the worlds of non-profit, social enterprise, for profit, academia and government.
Here is a full video overview of these 4 pillars as well as a deeper explanation of the long term goals of the organization/movement.
