IMPACT COACHING NETWORK
Coaching, mentoring, and consulting which helps individuals and companies maximize their positive impact on the world, rather than prioritizing financial success or general happiness.
Expanding the definition of coach to include Field Experts / business owners who will do consulting/mentoring/coaching on the side
Training coaches to be classroom teachers for the CEO and career transition courses
Building a speakers network, both online and offline. This will be for events as well as delivering talks at a company to raise awareness among employees about the importance of Impact
Offering many of these options for free to NGOs, especially in the startup phase for each country
Simultaneous development of offline and online curricula, in order to be able to easily pivot in response to global events.
UNIQUE ELEMENTS
OUR VISION
A global coaching network with chapters in most major countries around the world. Coaches will be drawn from traditional roles such as coaches, consultants and mentors, but will also include professionals who do coaching or mentoring or consulting as a side business. This network will exist to support a global non-profit and its national chapters.
We are currently in the process of building out the grassroots layers of the global network through identifying coaches, mentors and consultants who share our core values* and who wish to help develop this network. There will be a fee structure, either yearly or lifetime, with alternative options to buy in as partners or franchisees. We are starting with an existing network through which includes over 10,000 personal contacts across 145 countries, as well as high level NGO and government contacts, and our Impact Network is increasing in size and reach weekly.
Our network will be based on philosophy, methodology and combined marketing power.
Philosophy: We only want coaches who believe in the values of our NGO. Please visit SpiritoftheGame.org or scroll to the bottom of this document to read more
Methodology: Because our focus is on Impact, we can position ourselves at a multi-disciplinary nexus, giving our coaching members a unique combination of skill sets, all of which will be in increasing demand in the future.
Marketing power: Spirit of the Game is an NGO, a life philosophy, and a social movement, all of which bring a sense of purpose to the table which is lacking in many business models. Drawing on this sense of purpose and tapping the extensive connections of the SotG Impact Network will be a key competitive advantage for our marketing efforts.
Our network exists to fund our NGO work, rather than our NGO being a part of the company’s public relations arm. In addition, it is our intention to build up a network of national NGO chapters alongside the national coaching franchises which will enhance the “think global, act local” element of our model.
Our coaches will be shareholders, not just subcontractors. Again, the goal of this coaching network is not to make the founders rich, but to create a harmonious and symbiotic ecosystem which allows our coaches and other experts to make a positive impact in multiple ways while still making a healthy living.
