Escalate advanced needs and follow the current referral terms.
Emerging fields move faster than traditional institutions. SOTG brings together global practitioners and thought leaders who are working directly with the questions coaches and organizations face now.
That does not replace external accreditation, regulated qualifications or due diligence. It gives you something different: niche expertise, shorter time-to-application, practical tools, community access and direct connection to specialist thinking.
Leadership and specialist contributors bring executive coaching, wellbeing, education, systems thinking, technology and global network experience into the work.

Programme details are presented transparently so coaches can evaluate fit, status, scope and value before committing.
Practising and emerging coaches, consultants and facilitators who want to add a focused service to their work, apply it responsibly and test real client demand before progressing to a higher certification level.

No. It is an SOTG professional certification and is not presented as a state-accredited diploma, university qualification or licence to practise a regulated profession. External accreditation, legal review and final programme governance remain separate workstreams.
No. Certification depends on the final assessment rules for the selected pathway. The controlled architecture uses knowledge checks, applied artifacts, reflective evidence, observed application and must-pass ethical or scope controls.
That is a core network principle. Certified practitioners should not stretch beyond competence. Higher-level or specialist needs can be referred within the coalition, subject to the current referral rules and client consent.
Only services expressly released and licensed for the practitioner’s current certification level. Individual, team and organizational offerings are being developed and will carry their own use, quality and brand conditions.
Tell us which pathway interests you, your current coaching or consulting role, your time zone and what you want to offer clients. The team will confirm fit, delivery details and answer questions before you use the secure checkout.
