Build sustainable human capacity. Responsibly.
Map and strengthen six interconnected wellness domains through ethical coaching, sustainable work design, evidence discipline and qualified referral networks—always within non-clinical scope.
Controlled SOTG professional certification pathway · External accreditation, legal review and final governance remain pending.
Wellness is interconnected. Responsibility keeps it safe.
The programme connects personal practice, client coaching, teams and organizational systems while keeping clinical care, diagnosis and treatment in qualified hands.
Personal accountability. Coaching for impact. Global thought leadership—not legacy thinking.
The credential is built around rare, applied expertise and a living global practitioner network. Its value comes from what you can responsibly do, evidence and continue developing after the course.
Global thought leadership
Learn from practitioners actively shaping AI, wellness, sustainability and impact—not a static catalogue detached from implementation.
A specific service you can sell
Leave with a defined specialty, client-facing artifacts and a low-risk way to test demand before committing to higher levels.
Expert continuity
Bring new questions to weekly and monthly refreshers and receive guidance from the global specialist network.
Responsible referrals
Refer work beyond your expertise to a higher-certified coach and receive the applicable network referral fee instead of working outside your scope.
Protected implementation tools
Access proprietary offers for individuals, teams and organizations released for certified practitioners in each coalition.
Cross-coalition opportunity
Certified coaches receive enhanced referral access across the wider Impact Coaching Coalition network.
What the investment covers: 15 active-learning hours, reviewed artifacts, assessment, an integrated capstone, certification decision, expert refreshers and entry into the relevant practitioner and referral network.
Secure enrollment — €245Built for capability—not wellness theatre.
The curriculum converts broad wellness intent into safe, reviewable professional practice, with explicit consent, evidence, referral and escalation controls.
Customer-backwards design
Every module begins with a real client, professional or organizational problem—not a trend demonstration.
Artifact per module
Participants build a decision, map, protocol, client asset or implementation tool in every module.
Practice before permission
Higher credentials require observed delivery and documented implementation, not attendance alone.
Scientific Consensus Gate
Health and behavioural claims are graded by evidence quality and separated from implementation judgment.
Human and clinical boundaries
Coaches observe, explore, co-design and refer; diagnosis and treatment remain with licensed professionals.
Progressive complexity
The ladder advances from safe literacy to delivery, implementation, architecture and stewardship.
One pathway. Five levels of knowledge seeking.
Start with safe application. Progress through delivery and implementation. Reach mastery, with an Executive MBA equivalency pathway coming soon.

Frequently asked questions.
Clear answers for applicants, partners, governance reviewers and institutional decision-makers.
Is this already an accredited academic qualification?
No. It is a controlled SOTG professional certification pathway. External accreditation, legal review and final governance remain pending. Its present value is the focused capability, reviewed work, expert access and practitioner network—not a claim of state or university recognition.
Does attendance automatically result in certification?
No. Participants demonstrate competence through useful artifacts, knowledge checks, reflective evidence, observed application and must-pass ethical controls.
How does the cumulative ladder work?
Foundation to Intermediate adds 15 hours; Intermediate to Advanced adds 30; Advanced to Mastery adds 30. A fifth Executive MBA equivalency level is coming soon; its framework and requirements will be published after partner and governance review. Recognition of prior learning requires an approved challenge and evidence review.
What continues after the course?
Certified coaches can join weekly and monthly refresher sessions, bring questions to global specialists, access cross-category referrals and use new proprietary individual, team and organizational offers as they are released for their certification scope.
Does Wellness IQ authorize diagnosis, treatment or prescribing?
No. It is a developmental coaching and systems framework—not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, nutritional or therapeutic qualification.
Is Wellness IQ a validated intelligence quotient?
No. It is a developmental framework, not a validated quotient or psychometric diagnosis unless and until independent validation is completed.
Strengthen human capacity without compromising professional integrity.
