Information you choose to send
Contact, partnership, initiative and certification forms collect the details you submit, which may include your name, email, organization, country or region, role, area of interest and message. We use this information to route and respond to your enquiry, evaluate fit, coordinate next steps and maintain an operational record of the submission.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored in the website's protected hosted database. Access should be limited to people who need the information for Foundation programme, partnership or enquiry management. Please do not submit sensitive personal, medical or financial information through these forms.
Website operation
The hosting platform may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as request metadata, device and browser information, and security logs. We do not use this notice to claim that third-party platforms collect no data.
Connected services
Links to Coaching Impact, programme sites, LinkedIn and other external services take you to their own environments and privacy terms. Review those terms before submitting information or making a payment.
Programme enquiries
A programme reservation is an expression of interest, not automatic enrollment or payment. Information is used to assess fit, confirm programme details and coordinate next steps.
Newsletter subscriptions
Newsletter signup collects your email address, optional name and selected interests. We record the signup source, consent wording and confirmation time. You become subscribed after confirming your email address. Enquiry and event-registration records do not automatically become newsletter subscriptions.
Newsletter messages and subscription confirmations are sent through our Google Workspace newsletter mailbox. The website stores publishing and sending records, including Google message identifiers and subscription status. Approved newsletter team members can manage these records. We count aggregate visits to newsletter links; those counts may include automated email scanners. We do not use email-open tracking pixels.
Every newsletter includes links to manage your interests and unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops future newsletters; a minimal opt-out record is retained to prevent accidental re-subscription through a later import. Your choices
You may ask what information we hold from your direct submission or correspondence, request correction, or request deletion where legally and operationally appropriate.
