We are also recruiting for the 8 positions listed below for each Region of the world. The Regional Director positions will typically start at 5-10 hours a week, but expand to 10-15 hours a week before launch for that region.

In general before we open up enrollment for TIBN in a new country, we will want to have at least these 4 National Director of Operations Positions filled.

  • Recruiting & Onboarding Regional/State and City Coordinators
  • Online & In-person networking events
  • Online & In-person events with expert facilitators
  • Recruiting members and Membership orientation

As you will notice, each positions has two different roles, so as soon as we have the 4 primary positions filled, we will begin recruiting for an additional person for each role until we end up with a total of 8 Directors as well 1-2 Coordinators per country whose job is simply to support those directors.

Larger countries will be divided into regions, again with each region eventually ending up with 8 directors and 1-2 regional coordinators.

Each of these National Director roles comes with a 5-10 hour per week time commitment while it is a volunteer role, which would typically be from 6-12 months.
Once there are enough membership dues coming in from a specific country, these positions will be the first partially paid positions, and the expected time commitment will grow as the number of members grows.
In some cases over time, these position could theoretically turn into full time positions, but in most cases additional Directors would be added.
Please read the description of TIBN(The Impactful Business Network) and if this sounds like something you would happily work for as a volunteer to bring into being your country (with the possibility of payment being a bonus), then you are invited to apply by emailing or contacting the person who referred you to this page.

Our network exists to fund our NGO work, rather than our NGO being a part of the company’s public relations arm. In addition, it is our intention to build up a network of national NGO chapters alongside the national networking franchises which will enhance the “think global, act local” element of our model.

We will have local shareholders, not just subcontractors. Again, the goal of this coaching network is not to make the founders rich, but to create a harmonious and symbiotic ecosystem which allows our members to make a positive Impact in multiple ways while still making a healthy living.

We are starting with an existing network which includes over 10,000 personal contacts across 145 countries, as well as high level NGO and government contacts, and our Impact Network is increasing in size and reach weekly.

Can you imagine a world where 'How much can I get away with' was replaced with 'How much good can I eventually do?
Can you imagine a network who exists solely in order to help its members do more good?
Can you imagine a world where Personal Accountability was the true measure for success?
