We are also recruiting for the 8 positions listed below for each Region of the world. The Regional Director positions will typically start at 5-10 hours a week, but expand to 10-15 hours a week before launch for that region.
In general before we open up enrollment for TIBN in a new country, we will want to have at least these 4 National Director of Operations Positions filled.
As you will notice, each positions has two different roles, so as soon as we have the 4 primary positions filled, we will begin recruiting for an additional person for each role until we end up with a total of 8 Directors as well 1-2 Coordinators per country whose job is simply to support those directors.
Larger countries will be divided into regions, again with each region eventually ending up with 8 directors and 1-2 regional coordinators.
Our network exists to fund our NGO work, rather than our NGO being a part of the company’s public relations arm. In addition, it is our intention to build up a network of national NGO chapters alongside the national networking franchises which will enhance the “think global, act local” element of our model.
We will have local shareholders, not just subcontractors. Again, the goal of this coaching network is not to make the founders rich, but to create a harmonious and symbiotic ecosystem which allows our members to make a positive Impact in multiple ways while still making a healthy living.
